Galilee Bible Camp’s Leadership program is an intensive and rewarding time for committed Christian young people. It is a time when all involved are challenged to recognize the claims of the Lord Jesus Christ on their lives, and to give themselves fully to be used for His glory. The goal of this session is to help each camper become more involved in their local church, and more equipped for service in camp ministry. Instruction is provided in the following areas:
- Bible study methods
- Bible doctrine
- Counselling in a camp setting
- Camping skills
The first part of the session involves memorization, homework, and intensive Bible study at the camp, while the second part is spent on a wilderness canoe trip. One of the greatest benefits is the fellowship with other campers. The number of campers is low, and the ratio with staff is high. It’s a place for any committed Christian to be challenged, to learn, and to grow in their spiritual life.
Important
A letter of testimony, three written references and your application must be received by the Leadership director, c/o Galilee Bible Camp, on or before June 1, 2010. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance the first week of June.
